"What our Residents & Families are saying... "
"My mother recently s pent 2 ½ weeks at FutureCare NorthPoint. We checked it out before she went in. In fact, it was one on a list of four we intended to visit. We were so pleased with what we saw and heard, we went no place else!
Alison Scarpola, Admissions Director, was warm and welcoming. She made us feel they were excited about Mom’s stay. She even had a room prepared for her after my phone call requesting a visit.
All of the staff we met were equally pleasant and caring. Having had a bad experience last year at another facility, FutureCare seemed a God Send. The facility itself was clean, and obvious care went into keeping it that way. They had Mom back on her feet and ready to go home in no time! We would not hesitate to recommend FutureCare, or use it again should the need arise."

"The people at Future Care make you feel good and encourage you… This was my second admission to FutureCare Charles Village. I came back to Charles Village because I had surgery done on my leg. The reason I picked Future Care was because of the excellent care I received from the staff before through therapies, my nurses, and Dr. Ali. He is a great doctor. I will be leaving the facility again successfully on Monday. I have to have work done on my other leg, so I will be back to Charles Village again!"

"I don’t have words at this time to express my thanks and gratitude to you for the care and compassion you have shown towards my mother and family. You were my "go to" person, and I’m grateful."

"I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Cory. He has been a God sent to my father and out family. My father has gone through enormous medical conditions, and has been hospitalized and in rehab since October 2008. When sent to Future Care Canton in January, and again in February, we had given up hope on his recovery. He was a very difficult patient, and would not take any part in any rehab. Cory had a very difficult time with him at first. Actually, for several weeks, my father would refuse therapy. Cory had determination, and a special way in dealing with my father. Finally, my father trusted Cory enough to make his first move by getting out of bed. It took baby steps, but my father trusted Cory, and after awhile worked well with him. When most therapists would have given up as we did, he was persistent, and gained my father’s trust.
My father is scheduled to leave Future Care April 20, and that is greatly due to Cory’s motivation. I personally believe that if it was not for Cory, my father would still be laying in bed. I cannot thank him enough for my father’s recovery"...

"Dear friends,
My mother passed away in the early hours of January 17. This is to thank the nursing home, and all who work there, for offering excellent care to my mother in the eight years that she resided with you. She enjoyed these years, and she enjoyed all the people who helped her to realize that Cherrywood was indeed her home.
After five years of being completely homebound (sharing her home with my brother whose care allowed her to remain at home after her original stroke in 1995), I believe that her quality of life improved once she moved to Cherrywood. Although she was generally reclusive, she had wonderful relations with the staff...
No one was ever anything but helpful, from the front desk, to the rehab. Staff, and maintenance. My brother and I thank all of you so much."...

"I would like to thank the dietician for coming to see me, and understanding my vinegar allergy. Lunch arrived and… WONDERFUL!!!! Fresh salad!!! I had lemon juice to season the green beans and meat. (in place of salt) Thank you so very much!"
